At RareVinyl.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your record isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the vinyl in its original specialized mailer or an equivalent record-safe box to ensure the sleeve and disc are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or your own postage-paid label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the item to verify its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
