Frequently Asked Questions
Your guide to collecting and caring for rare music treasures.
How do you grade the condition of your vinyl records?
We use the industry-standard Goldmine Grading System. Each record is visually inspected and play-tested to ensure accuracy, ranging from Mint (M) to Good (G) condition.
How are records packaged for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Records are removed from their outer sleeves during transit to prevent seam splits, unless the item is factory sealed.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to collectors worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
What is your return policy for rare items?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items that do not match their description. Due to the unique nature of rare pressings, we recommend reviewing all photos and grading notes before purchase.
Are the records professionally cleaned before sale?
Yes, all pre-owned records undergo a professional ultrasonic or vacuum cleaning process to ensure the best possible audio fidelity and to remove dust or debris.
Can I request a specific pressing or matrix number?
Absolutely. If the matrix information is not already listed in the product description, please contact our support team and we will provide the specific runout details for you.
