The Story

THE BEATLES What'd I Say (Rare 1965 Japanese wide centred 7" vinyl single on the red Polydor label manufactured by Nippon Grammophon, also includes Kansas City - both featuring Tony Sheridan on vocals and recorded in 1963, housed in a fragileflipback style paper picture sleeve with lyrics to both songs printed on the reverse. The sleeve has no mention of Tony Sheridan, however both labels do credit him on vocals. The sleeve on this release is known as being one of the most fragilemanufactured for any Beatles release, this example displays some minor creases from handling & age, and has a couple of small tears on the opening edge. The labels are clean, and the vinyl has some minor cosmetic surface marks and signs of play. A Very Good example and only the second we have ever seen DP-1429)
