The album has been remixed by 2025 Grammy-winner Hans-Martin Buff, offering a renewed perspective on the Scorpions' 1972 debut. Originallyreleased on the Brain label, Lonesome Crow captures the band in its formative psychedelic and progressive phase - far removed from the stadium-scale sound that would later define them. Extended passages, fluid guitar interplay and atmospheric shifts dominate the record, with the title track unfolding across a multi-part structure that reflects the experimental leanings of early 70s European rock.
