DONALD BYRD Black Byrd (1991 UK issue of the 1973 7-track vinyl LP, superb Larry Mizell produced masterpiece that saw Byrd embracing the new emerging funk sound [much to the dismay of the jazz purists], it went on to be one of Blue Notes biggest ever selling releases, picture sleeve. The sleeve shows light wear with a small split to the spine and the vinyl is Excellent with little sign of play B184466)
